We are committed to saving you money so you can focus on returning to full health. Free ground shipping is one way we do that. Our Free Ground Shipping Policy is set out below.
Purchases over $75 (before taxes) that are not unusually large or heavy are ground shipped at no charge throughout Canada, except to addresses in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland & Labrador or the Yukon. In most cases, shipping will be via UPS Ground, CanPar Ground or Canada Post Regular Parcel service. We reserve the right to choose the most suitable shipping provider for each order.
Express shipping services are available at an additional cost.
Other Shipping Terms & Conditions
In general, we will ship all Free Ground Shipping orders by UPS Ground, CanPar Ground or Canada Post Regular Parcel service unless you request otherwise (see below). We can also ship these orders via Canada Post Expedited Parcel for $10.
Orders under $75 that are not unusually large or heavy will be shipped anywhere within Canada except to addresses in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut or the Yukon. We will ship these orders via UPS Ground, CanPar Ground or Canada Post Regular Parcel service for $15. We will also ship these orders via Canada Post Expedited Parcel for $25.
For orders going to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut or the Yukon, we will use Canada Post Regular Parcel Service only.
We will provide you with a tracking number for your order once we have invoiced and shipped it. If you have set up an account on this site, you can review the order details section of your account page. The tracking number will be stored along with the information for each completed order.
Should you wish to have your products shipped by a provider other than Canada Post, CanPar or UPS, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your preference if this is possible. However, in these cases, these shipments will not be eligible for Free Ground Shipping. Please also note that some shipping providers will not provide service to all addresses in Canada. If you have a preference for a specific shipping provider, please note this preference on the Order Notes section of your checkout page.
If you are local, you can arrange to pick up your shipment in person at our warehouse. You can pick it up at any time during our opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM). To indicate this preference to us, please choose the pick-up option on the checkout page. Please note that we will process orders in the order they are received. As a result, we advise you to call before your arrival in order to confirm that your order has been processed and is ready for pickup.
You can also arrange to have your order shipped at your expense under your own shipping account. In this case, there will be no shipping charge.
