Stretch Strap

The CanDo® Stretch Strap is versatile and unique strap with two different materials which provide a wide range of stretch/contraction exercises. The blue strap gives users more resistance and less stretch for static stretching and the black elastic strap provides less resistance and a lot of stretch for dynamic stretching. This strap is ideal for stretching your thighs, calves, hips, back, hamstrings, shoulders, arms, toes, and also great for yoga. The strap is made with elastic pockets that allow the user to ease into a stretch. The strap is especially designed for facilitated stretching, an active type of stretching which involves isometric contractions to achieve more flexibility gains than from static stretching.
