WaTE Ball – Hand-held Size – 6 piece set

The CanDo® WaTE Ball – Hand-held Size – 6 piece set includes six color-coded weight balls ranging from 1.1 pounds to 6.6 pounds (0.5 kg to 3 kg).  The WaTE Balls are small and flexible enough to grasp with one hand, but big enough to hold with two hands. They give your hands nice grasp, great for strength training or physio therapy. You can enjoy your exercise with these portable balls at home gym, fitness studio or anywhere you want. The diameter of the balls is 5″ (12.7 cm).  A regular bicycle pump can be used to adjust the hardness of the balls by inflating or deflating.
