ASTM Level 2 Disposable Masks – 50/Box

The DynaPro Disposable Face Mask is a medical face mask with 3 layers  – non woven inner and outer layers and a central filtration layer made from melt blown fabric. Disposable Face Masks consist of three parts – the above mentioned trilaminate material together with earloops and a mask clip. These masks  will help to protect you from large respiratory droplets that those near you may emit while coughing, speaking or sneezing.

DynaPro Medical Face Mask – Performance Levels

These medical face masks have a 98% Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) level. They also offer 120 mm Hg Synthetic Blood splash resistance. Filtration levels are consistent with those required by both the ASTM Level 2 and EN14683, Type IIR filtration standards.

The DynaPro Face Mask demonstrates a ventilation flow resistance level of of only 36 Pa/cm2. This demonstrates the ease of breathing through the masks. These levels meet the standards required by ASTM Levels 1,2 and 3 as well as those of EN14683, Type IIR.

DynaPro Medical Face Masks have also been subjected to testing for microbial cleanliness. In testing, they display no detectable levels of several classes of bacteria. These include coliform and fungal counts as well as  staphylococcus aureus. Testers measured the overall bacterial count at 20 CFU/g – well below the 100 CFU/g maximum allowed level. As with filtration levels and ventilation resistance, these performance levels meet the EN14683 standard, Types I, II and IIR, each of which requires a total level of 30 CFU/g..
