Woundseal powder is a first aid product that uses a hydrophilic powder and potassium ferrate to bind with your blood and seal an open wound in seconds. It creates an instant scab over the wound to stop the bleeding and protect the wound from foreign matter that could cause an infection.

The scab falls off naturally as your wound heals. You will not have to get any stitches removed. In addition, scarring will be less of a concern than if you used stitches to seal the wound.
