Hallux Control Strap

The Bio Skin Hallux Control Strap promotes proper and complete healing after undergoing bunion correction. It splints, stretches and strengthens tendons and soft tissues. You wear the Hallux Control Strap with the AFTR line.

Splinting – The strap keeps the hallux in its neutral position while soft tissue heals after a bunionectomy;
Stretching – It helps to stretch your extensor tendons after completion of primary healing to improve range of motion and allow restoration of a normal gait;
Strengthening – The strap provides resistance to help you strengthen your FHL for a stronger toe-off.

Please note – The Hallux Control Strap is shown attached to the Calibrated Midfoot Compression Wrap. The HCS is also compatible with AFTR, AFTR DC and AFTR with Gel
