With a low profile adaptive fit, an easy on quick wrap feature and many other innovative features, the McDavid BioLogix Ankle Brace provides superb Level 3 protection from ankle pain due to eversion and inversion sprains and other common causes of ankle instability.
The McDavid BioLogix Ankle Brace will provide you with Level 3+ relief from a painful ankle. In addition, you will also get support for moderate to major ankle instabilities and other conditions.
The principal features of this advanced ankle brace are:
- A rear opening that facilitates application and removal of the brace
- A forefoot sleeve and quick wrapping closure that also makes for easy on/off.
- A soft internal Flex-Link hinge that provides maximum support to your ankle while facilitating continued natural extension.
- Ergonomically designed and comfortably fitting molded plastic support stays for both medial and lateral sides of the ankle;
- A molded TPU exoskeleton that provides anatomical support for the exterior and augments lateral stability.
In addition to the above features, the McDavid BioLogix Ankle Brace boasts an articulating internal stirrup made of plastic. This wraps upward starting under the foot. The stirrup has an integrated Figure-8 and heel-lock strap system that maximizes protection for your ankle against inversion or extension instability.
The BioLogix Ankle Brace also comes with contoured memory foam to keep your ankle joint aligned and augment the brace’s comfort while maintaining precision fit. A silicone sole that inhibits slippage and ensures stable contact with a shoe sole rounds off this impressively designed ankle support.
