The BioSkin Compression Shin Splint features Cropper Medical’s patented SkinLokā¢ technology. This keeps the Shin Splint in its correct place during use.
The function of the Shin Splint is to push lymphatic fluid away from the injured shin and calf areas and, by doing so, to promote healing and pain relief. The Shin Splint is five inches wide and has a low profile design. In addition to applying direct pressure for pain relief,Ā it includes a silicone gel insert. Further, it is fleece lined for a comfortable fit. Composition is entirely from Bio SkinĀ® Ultima 2sL ā¢Ā material, which has a design that helps to wick your perspiration away from your body and keep you cool and comfortable.
This is a great support to treat shin splints from intense running or sprinting activity such as that required in sports like soccer, lacrosse and many other activities.
