It also gives ankle and knee strength and range-of- motion.  This versatile MVP Balance system includes a variety of Balls & Accessories –  Five different color-coded instability balls, 4 different non-skid platforms and balls set and wall rack are available to choose from. You can easily alter the board stability to arrange challenging level for your needs by changing out the size of the ball or the size of the board.
