This ergonomically designed hand grip offers a wide range of support for patients who are in a rehabilitation program after stroke starting with lightest weight (Yellow – 3 lbs) to  slowly going up to heavier weight. It also covers advanced athletes needs with higher resistance level up to Black – 48 lbs. This Ergonomic Hand Grip has various weight levels that equals the amount of force needed to fully compress the fixed grip handles. The force equivalent doubles with each level so you can choose for your workout. 5 pair set is also available.
