The CanDo® Ankle Exerciser is ideal for lower leg and ankle exercises. It helps to develop strength in ankle and recovery from injuries. Try it for load-resisting inversion, eversion, dorsiflexion (the action of raising the foot upwards towards the shin) and plantar flexion (the action of keeping your toe away from your leg) exercises. It can easily be controlled for different resistance level by changing weight plates. It can be used with or without weight plates.
