The plugs are soft, non-linting, non sterile and made from 100% virgin cotton plugs.

Mueller Sports Medicine Cotton Nasal Plugs – Usage Instructions
- Blow your nose gently to remove any clotted blood.
- Insert one of the nasal plugs into the lower (anterior) portion of your nose.
- Remove the plug in about half an hour. Replace it with another unless the bleeding has stopped.
