The Oppo Medical Achilles Protection Pad reduces pain caused by friction between footwear and the back of the heel and Achilles tendon.
The Oppo Medical Achilles Protection Pad is intended to reduce friction between your footwear and your heel and Achilles tendon. You will benefit from using this product if you suffer from an injured or inflamed Achilles tendon. If you have Achilles bursitis, you will also quickly appreciate the protection you will get from the pad.
The Achilles Protection Pad has a gel coating that helps reduce pressure, potential shock impact and friction on the Achilles tendon. It also has a mineral oil coating that will help to soothe and soften your skin. It is washable, reusable and highly elastic and so will conform to your foot’s contours to provide superior fitting comfort.
The Achilles Protection Pad is available in sizes small/medium and large/extra large. The correct size is based on your ankle bone circumference:
- Under 17 cm (6.8 inches): Small/Medium
- More than 17 but less than 25 cm (6.8 inches to 9.875 inches): Large/Extra Large
