The Oppo Medical Gel Bunion Sleeve positions a gel pad over your bunions to help relieve the pain they cause. The sleeve performs three primary functions:

It prevents direct contact between your metatarsophalangeal (MTP) joint and the inside of your shoe. This helps to prevent the pain you would feel if your joint was directly touching the inside of your shoe.
It changes the alignment of your big toe joint and puts it into its correct position. This reduces pressure on your MTP joint. It also improves your balance and ability to properly walk and run.
By reducing the pressure of your bunion on the MTP joint, the Gel Bunion Sleeve helps to prevent the other long term damage that your bunion can cause.

Start from the tip of your toes and pull the bunion sleeve on as you would a sock.
Pull back to allow your foot to slide through the opening
Adjust the sleeve so that it fits properly over the bunion and gives the required protection.
