The Darco Body Armor Sport is an ankle joint orthosis that is applied during the acute phase of injury as well as during the process of rehabilitation.
The Darco Body Armor Sport is an orthosis for treating the ankle joint during the acute phase of an ankle injury as well as during the rehabilitation stage. The Body Armor Sport features stirrups with an anatomical shape that ensures an ideal fit. It is also customizable and supports physiologically-correct foot movement.
In addition to the above features, the Body Armor Sport has a unique strapping system that helps to prevent frontal shifting of the talus. This in turn enhances the protection of the anterior talofibular ligament.The Body Armor Sport’s low profile uprights help it to easily fit under either dress or sport shoes.

Indications
- Upper ankle joint distortion trauma;
- Insufficiency of upper ankle joint capsules and ligaments;
- Chronic instability.
